Terms of Use

LocalBarcode is provided “as is”, free of charge, without warranties of any kind. Verify critical barcodes with a physical scanner before printing labels for commerce.

You may use the site for personal or commercial labeling and inventory work. Do not attempt to disrupt the service. Do not use the tool to forge trademarks, counterfeit packaging identifiers, or misrepresent GS1-assigned numbers you do not control.

Not GS1 registration

LocalBarcode draws linear barcodes from the text you provide. It is not GS1 membership, company-prefix assignment, GTIN allocation, or a substitute for official product barcode registration. Retail and marketplace rules may require numbers issued through GS1 or your brand owner. We do not claim regulatory compliance (including any 等保 certification).

Limits

v1 supports Code128 and EAN-13 / EAN-8 PNG output, with optional CSV bulk → ZIP. Label-sheet PDF layout is not included. Encoding validity depends on symbology rules (for example EAN checksum digits).
